Reconstruction of the Tsyrkuny Community
The Tsyrkuny community is an example of courage and recovery. It became one of the first communities in the Kharkiv region to develop an official Medium-Term Public Investment Plan (2026-2028) and sign a memorandum of cooperation with the Golden Union Foundation. The project aims to attract international grants, technical assistance, and partnership investments for implementing priority community development programs.

Cooperation History
In 2025, the community and the Golden Union Foundation signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation, establishing the foundation for exclusive partnership in restoration efforts.
The “Tsyrkuny Community Restoration” program has become a pilot example of a post-war development model that combines:

- transparent investment management.
